I was sexually harrased by a team leader to a point I broke down at a woman's door step having a panic attack. She drove me back to the office. Nothing was done about him. Was told if she left for medical treatment she would be sacked.

Door to door work is hard and often not fulfilling. This is not the job you're looking for if you're not a conversationalist. Worker are generally compensated fairly. If you're good at the job, you can get a pretty good wage. To the Charity through raising money, albeit slightly guilty for receiving a salary for your work.
