Can be extremely tiring and may require long working hours. Unless you are performing well, the pay isn't worth the time put in. Friendly and fun environment. Salary not commission based. Lucrative bonus scheme. Not a great company to work for.

And you work about 2pm to 9pm so it can be alittle unsociable for meeting others on work nights. Not that much room for advancement past being a team leader. If you are not to good at getting sign ups and you don't hit the target for a few weeks in a row then I think it's kind of depressing. If you're averaging below the target they will have a lot of talks with you and basically want to get rid of you after a while. And if you're a boy it can be harder, people don't seem to mind slamming doors in boy's faces!
